Removes dead skin cells without causing irritation
My dermis told me not to use a washcloth because it's too harsh for sensitive skin. I wanted to gently exfoliate my skin without causing irritation, so I ordered a large (blue) and a small (grey) scrubber. Contrary to reviews, the scrubber foams quite well if you first wet it and then rub it with bar soap (haven't tried liquid soap). I love how it's easy to clean and dry so it doesn't build up mold/germs compared to a washcloth that has to be replaced every month. Because the scrubber is made of silicone, it lasts longer and is more hygienic due to its antibacterial properties. I generally feel cleaner after using it, especially on my face as it cleans fine pores more deeply than just using my hands.
