Size LG and coukd still see through them. It falsely advertises they're great to work out in, but who wants to wear these to the gym and show their panties to everyone?! I made that mistake. Extremely disappointed. See-through and itchy. But it did help hide my belly better. I've requested half a refund of total from product and shipping. I'll update the review once their customer service contacts me to let you know if they're as bad as the product or if they're great.
