Picked up one of these locally for an elderly relative. The screen is very nice, the trackpad is huge, and the specs are more than enough for its needs. There are really only two major issues with this laptop: the keyboard is an absolute pain to look at, the backlit keys are hard to see, and the hard drive is questionable. The M2 NVME drive that comes with the default configuration is from SK Hynix and has been known to occasionally brick seemingly at random, mine failed less than 4 months after purchase. Thankfully, upgrading to the larger m2 is easy, just unscrew the 6 torx screws on the bottom, remove the two rear rubber feet and the phillips screws on the bottom, and the entire back panel comes loose with a plastic tool along the seam . . Swapping it out for a replacement is incredibly easy, and since the product key is tied to the BIOS, Windows 10 reinstalls with minimal fuss. Added bonus: I was able to buy a drive twice the size of a standard 256GB drive for about $60. Ads and other basics. Just remember to make regular off-site backups!
