the Power cable will not plug into the back of the unit because it was either broken off, or came loose In shipping. I will try to take the thing apart to try to fix it. Hopefully it’s a simple fix, it looks like it screws into the metal washer that was loose in the box when I opened it. If I am unable to fix it, I will send it back and order another watch winder from another company.UPDATE,The company quickly sent me a replacement unit. It arrived with a loose power connection. Same issue as before. Luckily it’s simple fix, just remove the screws on the unit and toghten Down the the nut that holds down the power cable in the back.Shouldn’t have to do this, but other than that the unit looks good, is fairly quiet, and it does what it needs to do.
