Working muscles that I wasnt even trying to work

This is making working out fun and giving me an even better work out. Just when I think I have my full balance on it I start to lose balance and struggle to get it back. Not only do I laugh the entire time but I'm working muscles that normally dont get worked. I feel the soreness in my back, legs and core from using this when doing arm workouts. Pretty darn cool. Dont even feel like a work out, just seems like your messing around while working out. Just what I needed to stick to it and get way more from an arm work out.
