Assembly was pretty easy and once I found the right stiffness for the different settings it all works very well. It came with the settings almost fully tightened, but as soon as I turned the monitor on I loosened the screws just a little until it moved freely but not too loosely. It looks like it should be pretty easy to disassemble and move around, and the base is thin enough that most keyboards can slide around a bit when tilted up. The only thing to note is that it's taller than many stands that come with monitors. Larger monitors with adjustable stands won't make much of a difference, but monitors that are fairly close to the desk are larger. The bottom of my 27" monitor is about 6" from my desk at the lowest height. If you want your monitor to be a bit taller in terms of ergonomics then this is a great choice, just something to consider if you want your monitor to sit low on your desk.
