I recently placed a purchase with Raprance for some gear, and I have to admit that, all in all, I was fairly dissatisfied with how the transaction went. Although they have an outstanding assortment of outdoor gear, the quality of their products leaves something to be desired. To begin, the item that I had ordered did not arrive on time, and when opening the packaging, I saw that the item had been damaged. In addition, the poor quality of the materials utilized meant that they did not hold up well during my excursion into the great outdoors. In addition to that, I discovered that their website was hard to understand and tough to browse. It was difficult for me to find what I was looking for, and the descriptions of the products were frequently incorrect or missing information. In addition to this, their customer support was not very helpful, which made the situation more worse. When I contacted them about the broken item, I was given a lot of resistance, and in the end, I had to jump through a lot of hoops in order to receive a replacement. In general, although Raprance may offer a large assortment of outdoor gear, the quality of their products is lacking, and their customer service is below average. This left me feeling disappointed. I don't believe that I will be placing another order with them in the near future.
