I like that it allows me to see all my candidates at once. It also makes it easier to send out mass emails with multiple candidates in one click. I dislike having to manually enter each candidate into the system. Also, it would be nice if there was an option to have a certain percentage of candidates from a specific group show up in searches. This helps when trying to find a candidate who is qualified but not necessarily currently working in the field you are looking for. It also allows us to see what other companies are searching for as well.
