We are able to track our customers’ projects and monitor their progress over time, giving us confidence that we have delivered value in every engagement. I like how easy it is to use the platform and the variety of features available. The customer portal would be improved if it was more intuitive for customers. It could also improve the look and feel of its design. I dislike the fact that there are times when we cannot access some areas of the platform. This is usually because we have exceeded our monthly limit. This limits our ability to continue using the platform. As an organization, we utilize Synapse to keep track of all of our projects and measure their success.
