It's really easy to absorb liquid. Difficulty absorbing oil or liquids and keeping the rug flat without folded edges or anything that can be reused. In addition, to contain a leak or spill so that it does not enter the item used to contain or contain the leak. It meets these requirements. I use it to catch a small leak from the power steering pump in my SUV. It's not a permanent leak, and it's not a major leak, but since it's power steering fluid, it's a leak that can make the floor slippery and dangerous. I like this rug with floor dryer or other similar leak containment methods. The carpet is not heavy and absorbs moisture well. Love it and will order more if needed. Hopefully I won't have any more leaks. But if it does, this rug is a great way to contain a spill or leak. Would I buy it again? I already have a gift for someone whose car is marking their territory.
