This was a great little vacuum right out of the box as the battery came pre charged. Use it every day for exactly ONE week. In action today, I briefly leaned it against the counter, it slid onto my vinyl floor, the dirt bowl cracked/broke, and the clip attaching the base to the mug broke. It didn't land on the cement, didn't fall hard, and yet became unusable in a split second. You would think that plastic parts would last a little longer than break on impact. Really disappointed because otherwise it would be great to use it daily to attack the dust bunnies.
