The worst. Is always. Bad product and they charge me for it.

The bag turned out to be much smaller than described and the primary opening is very small. The connection of the bag looked stretched. I went home after work today disappointed. Haven had over 5 hours and contacted the company who wants to charge me for the return shipping. He's damaged. It's not my fault. So they want 30% of the return shipping cost and deduct that from what I paid for their incorrect information about their product and the damaged product.
