COMPLETELY NOT true to size!

I bought the next size up for my daughter and it did NOT fit - she was sooo small! Bought these for camping and my daughter couldn't even wear them! I wanted her to try them on before washing and packing. waste of money. Need at least 2-3 sizes bigger.
