Review on Enhanced EPOMAKER GK61X RGB Hotswap Custom DIY Kit for 60% Keyboard, with PCB Mounting Plate Case (White) by Kulwinder Hendrickson

A great keyboard for those who want to try their hand at making a custom board. I took off a star because the stabilizers are on the plates and poorly lubricated. But after replacing some lubricated PC board mount stabilizers (if you have them laying around don't waste your money on them, just lubricate and fix those stabilizers), this board sounds really good. I built it using novelty boxing creams. And a set of Gliging Olivia keycaps. By the way, I see a couple of reviews that say you can't lubricate or repair anti-roll bars. That's not true, they're plate mounted so just press the tab and pull up and then slide the bar out. For the spacebar, you must remove the 4 screws around the spacebar plate and detach it to remove this stabilizer. UPDATE: I tried on the silicone mod in a case. This greatly improved the sound. It dampens the plastic echo of the case. Very happy with the board. Upgrade to 5 stars because with a little work it can be really good. UPDATE #2: Should be in final form now, cream smeared NK box switches. Also replaced the Olivia kit (which was used in another build) with MT3 Black on White keycaps. Shocked how much MT3 improved the sound!
