Recommend sitting them close to the location you will be letting them harden or placing a sheet pan underneath. They left the chocolate very smooth and shiny, I did about 3/4 of an inch of chocolate pushed the Oreo down, and then just closed in the chocolate and let it sit.Huge hit! Everyone loved them.I also made sure to pick them up a few inches and drop to get air bubbles out.The removal is easier than other molds I have used.
