Good first time: after setup and operation, it works well, feels good. Wheel vibrations are related to uneven road surfaces. It looks well built, the rubberized grip feels solid and secure. A friction heel pad on the pedals helps keep the pedals in place and prevents them from slipping off your feet (best with bare feet or socks for a feel). The seller responded quickly with offers. After several exchanges, he suggested that the wheel might have a problem and sent a free replacement, very generous. The replacement was accepted because I finally realized that for my computer (a powerful Windows 10 gaming PC) it would only work as an Xbox controller and not a steering wheel. But both bikes worked the same, so probably the first one didn't have any problems or defects. Bad: Supposed to be a wheel, I've tried setting it up as a wheel but none of the programs, Forza, Dirt4, PC 2 even recognize it. The supplied software was loaded, but the controller software settings did not open. I tried downloading the software which installed but didn't show the controller settings. When I stumbled across the Xbox variant and tried it out, the wheel was recognized and could be set up and customized in the game input software. It took hours to understand all of this, which was a pain. Changing the instructions to suggest installing as an Xbox controller would save a lot of time and headaches. Whether this limits functionality for those serious about fine-tuning game controls I don't know. It serves my purpose as a casual gamer. I would recommend the steering wheel as a decent and affordable accessory for those who want to experience the amazing realism of modern driving/racing sims. Excluding the initial confusion and headaches, I would rate it 5 stars.
