As for the most important part, the lenses themselves, they clearly block A LOT if not almost all of the blue light. When worn, everything has a strong yellow-orange hue. This can be problematic for those working in fields like digital design, but for me as a programmer, they are ideal. I can avoid the strain and fatigue on my eyes that I typically sit in front of a screen for 10 hours a day, and after a few minutes of adjustment I almost forget they're even on me. : After owning and using both, the Spectrum Points take over the Gunnar. Firstly, the Gunnar glasses I bought did not come with a carrying case and the lenses picked up a lot of dust and oil very quickly and required frequent cleaning.
