A Lost Chance to Make Good Office Supplies with Laser Cutting

I had high hopes that Lasercrafting would become my one-stop shop for all of my workplace supply requirements, but I was ultimately let down. Although they have a wide variety of goods, the quality of those products is poor. They had a limited selection of painting materials, and many of them appeared to be of low quality. There was a lack of interesting content and the information was out of current in the educational materials. Their office and classroom supplies were the biggest letdown, however. What I received was not at all what I expected from a business that advertises itself as a quality manufacturer. After shopping at Lasercrafting, I no longer have high hopes for the quality of the workplace supplies they sell. The poor quality of customer service only made things worse. The employees didn't seem to care about getting me the information I needed, and the website was a nightmare to manage. Overall, if you need high-quality workplace supplies, I wouldn't go with Lasercrafting. Although they have a wide variety to choose from, the quality of the goods and assistance provided are both disappointing. You should go somewhere else if you're searching for a shop that puts quality before number.

Pros
  • Pricing that is both reasonable and favorable to one's wallet.
Cons
