I ordered these packs because Foodvac packs were out of stock. I chose them carefully, expecting my label to cover the "writer label" as I am making jerky for the farmers market. I was very disappointed to see that the label is not in the middle of the box as shown in the description but on the bottom where it is sealed. Now I have to try to figure out how to make them presentable with some creativity. I've compared their thickness to the ones I've bought in the past and found that they're much thinner and I'm afraid I'll get a piercing while vacuuming. I will not buy again. Stick to food vacuum bags!
