I am 5'6" and 125 pounds. My legs are usually small but athletic. The leggings looked big when I opened the package but once I put them on they felt so good! It's true, they are so soft and don't shine through. If you're taller, they can probably stretch a lot more to accommodate your size. They are great for relaxing at home or for lazy days outdoors. Or wherever you feel comfortable in leggings. The only thing I complain about is that they don't fit you well enough. I usually like tight leggings. While they fit the form, I wouldn't say they have a "control upper". However, they are very convenient and necessary for post-vacation laziness.
