For the money this product is pretty good. However, it's nowhere near as good as my Herman Miller Areon chair at work, but you get what you pay for. However, it is not easy to set up, which is why I only give it 3 stars. I had the impression that he would arrive more collected than he really was. Actually almost everything had to be collected. Castors, armrests, backrest etc. had to be connected to each other. The instructions were poor - only one page with a diagram. And the chart was inaccurate. There was a screw hole holding the armrest to the base of the chair that just wouldn't accept the screw that came with it, but luckily that didn't affect the chair because the other two held it firmly in place. There is height adjustment, but no option to recline the back. However, this is a beautiful chair - very similar to the photo. The comfort is acceptable, but nothing more. Overall though, if you can put it together it's good value for money. :) I don't know why, but the skates don't roll well on my carpet.
