Poor customer service

I was immediately impressed with my Dyson v8 Animal cordless (cordless) vacuum. With no cord, it's very easy for quick cleaning. It cleans well, is light, well balanced and manoeuvrable. However, after about two months it stopped working. He didn't intervene. I contacted Dyson support and they sent me a new charger. Unfortunately they chose a very slow delivery service and it took two weeks. When I finally got a new charger, it didn't fix the problem. I have contacted Dyson again and they are now sending me a new battery. I said that I want to expedite the delivery because I waited two weeks and the problem was not solved. I was told my order would be expedited. According to the shipping information, my battery will be delivered just as slowly as the charger. I spoke to Dyson on Monday and he didn't start the shipping process until Thursday. So I probably won't be using a new vacuum cleaner for at least four weeks. This could have been avoided if they had spent a little more money on a faster shipping method. When I first contacted Dyson I think it was obvious that the problem with the vacuum was either the charger or the battery. First they decided to send me a charger because the charger costs less than the best one. I think they should have sent both. Or at least they should have used a two-day delivery service. Initially I was able to deliver my complete new Dyson within two days. Why should I wait two weeks for the charger and another two weeks for the battery? Remember that I can't use my vacuum cleaner all the time.
