Goods, packaging and delivery are fine. But here's the thing, if a box is left in front of the door, it's hard for us to open the door to collect the package. The door opens outwards, not inwards. So when I open the door, he pushes the package down the stairs. I wish it could stay below, to the right or left of the door, or even to the left of the utility room which is directly across from the back door. We don't use the front door at all either, as it is a screen door and the frame is bent and difficult to close. We're looking for a table to put by the back door to put packages on. Hoping my husband will build one, or maybe build one himself.
