The non-stick coating is amazing. Handles stay cool. The grip length, smoothness and angles are excellent. Smooth Appearance. The shape of the pans is excellent. My husband calls them my magic pans. I love Le Creuset cast iron skillet and French or German cookware. I use All-Clad for stainless steel, but after such nonstick performance from a traditional nonstick company, I'll give stainless steel a try. A few months of almost daily use and no problems. Rinse with hot water and be sure to cook over low heat – done!
