Review on Zimba Professional Teeth Whitening Strips by Adrienne Holmes

I have been bleaching my teeth twice a year for about 17 years. I've always used white crest stripes or fake CVS and Target. I chose Zimba because it's cheaper and has fewer ingredients? (I can not confirm). I LOVE COCONUT FLAVOR! Wow what an improvement after tasting stagnant peroxide in my mouth. I let mine sit for 45 minutes (30 minutes didn't seem long enough for me) but I couldn't get it to an hour (the instruction limit) because my teeth feel very sensitive after 45 minutes. NOT AS sensitive as Crest's white stripes, but still with a slight nasality. At first my teeth looked pretty clean but now they are white as a towel in just 4 days. Honestly, I saw a difference after the first treatment. I won't do the full 14 days as I don't need it. I'm keeping it and using it in 6 months :) Oh and yes you can work out with it. I'm so happy!
