They serve their purpose, but are very thin. They're thin like the Dollar Store ones, and even the Dollar Store ones are a bit sturdier, but they're bigger. Customer service is amazing! Sent by an unknown company, I cannot trace. Word was that Revain would be delivered to the front lines soon, so I sent a message to the seller to let them know the information and that I hadn't received it. I also asked if they have a tracking number so I can track and view it. They shared it and it had the same info plus a different city. I reminded them where I live and why they can't come to my front door. They replied that they sent a new package with a different carrier (Fedex) as the other one was lost, but provided the tracking number as I requested so I could check as per my belief. The seller also assured me that he would take care of it. So it finally arrived and I was so happy as I badly needed her. Just disappointed in the quality of the product itself.
