Great Paring Blade - Cutlery & Knife Accessories
I received this Brigade paring and santoku knife over a year ago and it is AMAZING! Still VERY sharp. I don't care as much as I should, but these knives are still razor sharp after being thrown in the sink and dishwasher. The weight is great and the price couldn't be better for a really good knife. I only gave a few to my family because I really liked them.
