Delivery was fast. The item looks real. However the bag was in use as there was a boarding pass in one of the pockets and there was a pill in the front pocket 💊 and the bag needed a little cleaning to keep it from getting dirty. The bag came in a clear plastic bag and no dust bag. I later realized the price was more expensive than buying a new one from the official Couch online store, but it's my fault for not doing my due diligence. The exterior showed no signs of wear. I will not be returning the bag but feel cheated that I received a used bag at a higher price than a new one.
