I used this board to build a stereo power amplifier that runs on 31.5 VDC and delivers enough power into 8 ohms. The heatsink heats up to around 100 degrees Fahrenheit, which isn't enough to turn on the fan. It would be better if the fan was on, since running at a lower temperature means longer chip life. I had to do a lot of internet research trying to figure out how to use jumpers, set the gain control, and figure out configuration alternatives.
