I bought the Kundal Premium Hair Care Honey and Macadamia shampoo and Protein Treatment set , Baby Powder fragrance, in August 2022. I chose it based on the great reviews.The first delivery came sort of smashed, some of the products spread in the box. I returned for exchange and almost immediately (thank you ebay) got the new set, same product, same fragrance, and somehow a little smashed too.I decided not to be so picky and kept it, but when I opened the sealed box, I found the treatment pump wouldn’t work, because the straw/tube was lost inside the súper extra dense product. It took me about 40 minutes to empty the bottle content in a bowl, retrieve the tube, put it in place, rinsing the system several times because it kept detaching once an again. Next, returning the product back in the bottle, spoon by spoon with the help of a funnel, was quite a task, and of course some product was wasted.Good thing I have absolutely nothing to do, and I get money out of a magic wand, so I could afford such time consuming chore… > : (Regarding the product itself, I could say that other than the great fragrance, the shampoo doesn’t seem to leave my hair squeaky clean as I like, (I have normal, not colored, shoulder length hair) at least once a week I have to use other shampoo to achieve that cleanliness feeling. The treatment leaves the hair soft, but surely it doesn’t help feeling your hair and scalp like you didn’t wash it at all.I gave myself enough time to cool my head no to reflect the initial frustration, as well as to give the product enough chances to show its goodness/features.Despite the great fragrance, I would not buy it again.
