Review on 🐶 Stay Warm and Protected: Hiado Dog Coat with Harness Hole and Reflective Strip for Winter Cold Weather by Karen Padilla

Before I ordered this coat, I read almost all the reviews. Descriptions like "plush", "warm", "cuddly", "well made", "quality" etc. convinced me to buy it. We have a southern dog and he is not happy with the temperature drop here in Boston. I was looking for a warm coat for her to wear on long walks. I wasn't expecting much based on the price but expected something usable based on the reviews. This coat is made of flocked velvet with a plastic back. It reminds me of cheap doll clothes from my childhood (60's). The fleece lining is so thin that it is hardly noticeable. This coat can't be warm. It's more like a costume you would buy to wear your dog to a one off event. That being said I gave it a star because it looked AMAZING on my girlfriend. She has an odd shape and we usually can't find a coat long enough to fit her full chest. The red color is deep, crimson (like Santa Claus) and actually quite pretty (from afar).
