What happened to that mascara?

Just opened this after buying it in December (finally used up my other one) so now there are no returns, it smells of mold and is very lumpy. I've been using this for many years. I know it took a few weeks to ship so I doubt it came from the US. I just dropped it. absolutely disgusting

Pros
