I have argued many, many times about giving this item 1 star while assembling it for over 2 hours. The instruction card they give you is a joke. So I've had to take this thing apart so many times and figure it out for myself. It will be very reliable if assembled properly. The posts will fall out if done wrong, that's all I can tell you. After finally putting this thing together it turned out to be a wonderful bookshelf and for that it got 4 stars. It will be 5 stars if they spend more time on the detailed instruction. Would have saved me SO much time and made it super frustrating. Make sure that the middle pieces are always in the middle and the end pieces are always at the end. They are very similar, but they are not. The center pieces have holes on both sides, but the side pieces don't. When assembling, lay them on a flat surface and add rods and a mesh backing to give them extra stability. I found the best way after 3 conversions. I would know. Also, be very careful when inserting the sticks into the mesh. It will easily tear what happened to me. Shit! I just used these bolted floors. * Short poles rise. All long pillars intersect. 2 long poles go through the net and 2 go under the net. Always make sure the center pieces connected by the rods have holes on either side, otherwise you'll have to remove and attach them, which is really no fun.
