BFF decided to have a 'Ball Gown Birthday Party' and wanted all the ladies to be formal Dress. I literally didn't have a floor length dress and I didn't want to spend a lot of money just for one night. It was the perfect solution. It was a bit long for me, the heels helped. The elastic at the waist didn't lay flat - it dug in and then the tulle kind of came out which wearing a belt helped to hide this. This can easily be done with a tucked in tank top or layered over a cocktail dress for a ball gown effect.
