During the current COVID-19 pandemic when hairdressers/barbershops were closed I was looking for a good electric hair clipper so family members could cut each other's hair. i'm talking about boys My wife doesn't let anyone get close to her. So I can only talk about men's haircuts. My hair was about as long as I remember it was in the 60's. Fortunately, male pattern baldness is not a family trait. I convinced another family member to cut my hair and it was her first try. Sitting in the backyard wearing a carefully provided cape, I used the 3mm comb to minimize the amount of hair removed with each stroke. The result was a very handsome haircut and I am very self conscious and happy about my appearance. what the haircut looked like. There was also a pile of hair on the floor that could have stuffed a small pillow - a slight exaggeration - but it was a lot of hair. The two speeds were also helpful as as beginner hobbyists we used the slower speed to minimize the risk of getting too far away. These clippers charge quickly. It is recommended to charge for 4 to 5 hours first, or if the product has not been used for 6 months, according to the user manual. An opportunity charge would be a lot quicker, I'm guessing it might take an hour or so, but I didn't have to do that as clippers seem to hold a charge well. It's been about 4 weeks since I cut my hair and the clippers stay charged with no need to charge in the meantime. The product was received quicker than the schedule I was originally given. One of the combs that came with it was missing and in its place was a replica of one of the other combs. I messaged the seller through Revain and the seller was quick to forward the missing comb nozzle. The seller is straightforward and seems to take pride in their product and customer service. The only improvement I would suggest to the seller is that while everything in the kit fits in the included zippered bag, I would like the latter to be about an inch longer. This would make it easier to use the regular hairbrush that is also included. I definitely recommend this product and the seller.
