Like other reviewers have noted, my package arrived in the beautiful package, but the bottles were all tossed about inside. Thankfully none were damaged, but the manufacturer might want to find a different way to secure these small bottles for less messy delivery. Perhaps a deeper 'well' to hold them more securely? That said, this product smells great and absorbs without any sticky gel-like feeling on the scalp. There is an eyedropper to screw into each bottle at time of application. Note: at first it was taking a longer time than I'd prefer to get all the stuff out, but then I squeezed on the dropper itself and got the liquid out quicker, but your mileage may vary.How is it working on my very fine, thinning hair? After three weeks, there's nothing dramatic (that one receding spot still recedes), but at the same time I'm noticing less hair coming out after a comb through and/or when I pull off my hair band, so there is that, but in my frugal world I haven't had strong enough results that I'd pop $95 for a month's supply to get the experiment going.
