I have a 2015 Ford E350 work van/truck with 2 x 6 inch bulbs that draw 2 amps each. I bought one because it's cheaper, 8-10 times brighter than an incandescent bulb, and draws less than 1A. I'm about to order another one to replace another ceiling light. It is visually much stronger and more durable than existing lights. Can't speak to durability yet but hope they last the truck. I've attached a photo of two headlights: the high one is the new maxxima LED, the low one is the OEM dome. Also, the holes didn't match the original light perfectly, which didn't really matter, lined up one and used 2 self-drilling holes for the other 2. I wasn't originally planning to buy 2, but after seeing the difference in my brightness had truck may be i must have another. I plan on adding these to my lat-e boat, wish they were a little cheaper but they are super bright. The photos show the high and low levels side by side, the LED separately and the original unwanted light. I also can't add any more LEDs to this already existing circuit which has a double fuse: 10A under the hood and 7.5A on the back.
