We have a new kitten along with a cat who is around 10 years old and a 10 year old dog. I don't know which animal urinated behind our chair. We have a carpet cleaning machine that works great. We tried 4 or 5 different cleaning solutions. One of my wives bought about $40 worth of cleaning products. She bought it, we left it on the carpet for a few days, vacuumed it up and did it again. Then we used the carpet machine. It's about 95% better. You might smell a little cleaner, but that's a lot better. I also use my son's nerf gun and when one of the cats starts following the chair I shoot the wall or floor and they run away. Now if I just cock the nerf gun they start backing off.
