These worked for a couple of weeks then I started having problems with them. You do a quarter around the can, then he starts bending the can and stops cutting. He continues to cut and then bends the can again on the opposite side. Getting him to open a can is a struggle that usually ends in a torn can. The black plastic handles do not stay attached and slide off the stainless steel. The EZ-DUZ-IT website doesn't have any contact information to reach the company, but it still says "Get one today that will last a lifetime!" Update, I was able to find the company number. 314-895-1000. I called them and they sent me a replacement free of charge. They provided an envelope to ship the defective kit so they could find out what happened. Very good customer service.
