Unlike a hammock which gives you range of motion, this hammock chair requires that your hands remain inside the ride at all times, and the width is not man-sized. When I sit in it my body gets squished, and I can't really do anything but sit in it (eg. play a game with a controller, or use a keyboard/mouse).I don't think this one has a place in anyones living room, but maybe to sit out on a porch and enjoy watching the sunset it is not so bad.
