I never noticed that the light from my monitors causes eyestrain until I started wearing these glasses and noticed that I no longer have eye cramps. Then the crunching led to headaches, which no longer occur with these glasses. The goggles themselves are comfortable, stylish, and the armrests are slightly adjustable if your head is smaller or larger.
