Description: Comes sealed in a plastic bag, not the 'gift' kind. There are no instructions, but in any case not much is needed. The size is nice and allows you to diversify the design (picture for reference). It takes practice to use the pen and get a good consistency. Was it necessary? Not necessarily. Some straight lines and circles are easier to draw by hand. Although I'm glad I have it. I have a 3D printer but I like to do more artistic freehand stuff with my int pen. I would not recommend this pillow for children, they might get frustrated and decide not to use it even though it gives them a special surface to protect other things from the heat. I would recommend it for adult/teen crafters. The lines are more of a guide than an injection mold. If you try to push it in, you'll get drips at intersections. Freepad is a plastic joke and doesn't add any value, I haven't used it. Pros: The silicone is very nice and smooth and easy to clean from the filament. Cons: The first one got lost on the way and they had to send another one, so I wouldn't recommend giving anything for a limited time. Personally, I haven't had any issues with the line display, but young/old people can have them. I just feel the side first so I know which side I'm on and follow the side of the design I know I'm on. I also think the lighting can help with that. The pad is flexible so you need it on a solid surface. (or use a soldering iron/wood burner).
