Protect your expensive electronics

Not for lightning strikes, but most surge protectors won't stop large lightning strikes. But if you have high quality electronics this is a must have. And it's grounded, but of course you need to plug it into a grounded outlet. My computers are plugged into it, as are my lights, clock, fan, etc. There's room at the end for these little transformer boxes on the chargers. The cord is long enough to move around on a cleaning day. And to save energy, you can turn it off. I also have one in my kitchen for the microwave, blender, steamer and iron, and I turn it off at night. And I have one at work for my dear speakers. If you take it with you on a trip, you can use it at airports and Starbucks because it's small enough to pack. Don't waste your time with these cheap ones. Do you want to burn down the house? And fry your laptop?

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
