UPDATE: The company has contacted me and explained that a component in the ink cartridge has failed. The problem was fixed and a replacement or refund was offered. Excellent customer service! Please support this business. At first, black ink ran down my hands and floor as I unscrewed the plastic tab. It was a huge mess and my hands still look like I changed the oil in my pickup truck. I had a hard time getting the 3 color inks into place and really working. Yellow was not printed. I followed their instructions to bypass the HP branded sensor and it helped. But I had to turn the printer off and on multiple times to print the image in full color. The printed image was not as clear as the image printed with HP toner/ink. Great price but won't buy again.
