I like how easy it was to use this software for my business needs! The interface is very user friendly as well!! There are so many features you could take advantage of with your online appointment system such as text reminders or even adding notes after appointments have taken place. All in all we love using our interactive sales application. We would highly recommend any small businesses looking into purchasing one should give us at least 2 weeks trial before deciding if they want it because there is no way around learning everything about what every feature does until you actually try it out yourself first. Online scheduling has made running multiple offices much easier than having each person schedule their own time off from work. This helps greatly when trying to coordinate employees schedules between different locations.
