Review on SafetySoft by Mike Snedeker

I appreciate that we can view our reports anytime, anywhere without having to go into an office or call someone for help! It would be nice if there was more flexibility regarding when you could create your own report templates so it didn't require as much knowledge of how they work at first glance (I assume this is possible).
