I like how easy it is for employees to navigate through their application process. The system also makes it easy for the employer to receive feedback, and offers many different ways to do so as well. I feel as if the system could use some more features. There are not that many options for employers to customize the user experience. It is really hard to track applications once submitted. This can be very frustrating when you want to see your progress in a timely matter. However, there are some great benefits to using Peoplepath. I have found that it is pretty easy to navigate around the platform. I believe this website has helped me recruit better candidates. Also, my recruiting efforts have been more organized.
