In 2018 I bought a Triomph scale (now out of stock) that was larger, slightly stronger and more expensive than this. It worked great until early 2019 when the weight sensors failed and the numbers changed drastically every time I weighed myself. I thought it was because of the batteries but even after changing them I had the same crazy results (sometimes it gave me 70lbs and when I tried it again it gave me 210lbs but I know I closer to 140 lbs bin). However, it was a wonderful scale (the best I've had since my previous three weights from other brands) until it went insane. I contacted the seller as there were 3 months left until the warranty expired. The seller (Triomph Health Corp) responded promptly, was very considerate, and insisted on sending this scale as a warranty replacement. It's a less expensive model, but it's been doing its job well since I've had it. Overall I am very happy with the brand and the buying experience. Especially since the seller was so understanding and confirmed that it is 1 year warranty. I tell my family to buy from this seller/brand when it comes to scales.
