The software is perfect for my business needs and the support staff is always available to help with any issues. There really is nothing that I dislike at this moment. There are other software providers and this one is not the cheapest. I would also have to say that they have a terrible customer service that only cares about their bottom line. I highly recommend this software to anyone in the vending industry. The software provides accuracy for every count. I am still learning all the features and I'm sure there will be more that I will continue to learn as time goes on. I am now being able to improve accuracy in every case. The benefits include the ability to count each person that fills their cup. This has allowed me to calculate sales volume and gross revenue with more accuracy and efficiency. The support that was given to us as we were building this application. They provided us with all the information on what to research on our end to make this application work well for our client. I would highly recommend them. We worked together with them in creating a software to help our customers track their inventory levels and provide better customer service by keeping inventory closer to expiration date.
