Unfortunately, my time spent with AUHEGN was not satisfying. In spite of the fact that they promote themselves as a destination for contemporary women's fashion, I did not find their products to be of high quality and thought their prices to be excessive. The website was difficult to navigate, and there was insufficient detail in the product descriptions. The sizes were not consistent, and as a result, I ordered the incorrect size when I placed my order. I was disappointed to find that the products did not live up to my expectations in terms of quality when they were delivered. In addition to this, the costs of shipping were quite costly, and the delivery took far longer than anticipated. When I attempted to contact the customer service department with my concerns, they did not respond and were of no assistance. As a visitor from another country, I was looking forward to seeing a new fashion destination; but, my interaction with AUHEGN has left me feeling frustrated and let down. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone in the market for reasonably priced fashion items of a high standard of craftsmanship.
